The following release is from Jack and Jones Team...

First day at the new circuit of the MotoGP Championship calendar, Motorland in Aragón.After the good reception by the media yesterday at the press conference in Zaragoza, the Jack and Jones Team riders enjoyed this spectacular track for the first time. This fantastic circuit, with top facilities is one of the favourites of the Jack and Jones Team riders, among others. As a novelty, in Motorland there have been two free practice sessions. In the afternoon, the rain marred the practice session, which lasted only 15 minutes. Kenny could only have 4 laps, while Olivé only managed 6.Kenny Noyes (28º): "I took the track in the morning and I felt comfortable right away, but in the third lap I lost control of the front wheel in the finish straight, possibly due to the low track temperature. Only three minutes before the end I got out to the track again to check that everything was in order after my crash. In the afternoon I could only do 3 laps due to an electrical failure caused by this morning's accident. The track is really impressive and it is already my favourite. Today we were unlucky but I feel comfortable with the new set‐up and that will help us improve and have a good race in front of the fans. "

Joan Olivé (35º): "We tried a rather drastic change of set‐up which made me feel comfortable and is closer to what I need. We only used one type of tyre in the whole session to save one type for tomorrow's qualifying, so the time is not really a reference. We know we can improve. In the afternoon, I could only do three laps on dry track due to the rain and the conditions that were not good to test the rain tyres and check the set‐up.Dani Devahive: "Today, the weather, with cold in the morning and rain in the afternoon, did not allow us to come to a clear conclusion about the chassis modifications we have for this weekend. The first impression is that we made a step forward, but I want to be cautious before assessing the magnitude of the improvements. Tomorrow the weather forecast is better than today and we hope to have a clearer result and set a good race pace."
