Hardline Hour Meters | Hardline has a range of hour meters for off-road bikes that includes basic ones that simply track running time to ones with more features, such as tachometers and trip-meter modes. Functions on certain models can be programmed to alert when it’s time to perform services, such as oil changes or valve services. Other hour meters with the tach feature are useful to riders when they need to monitor rpm when doing sound checks.
Hardline also has surface-mounted-inductive meters (UPC:632194806320 MSRP $34.99) that work on any gas engine, two- or four-stroke.
This hour meter helps you know what to service and when for your bike or even for your portable generator.
The meter display can be read at all times, with engine off or on. There is no clicking like mechanical meters. Installation is easy with simple patented one-wire hook-up. This meter has a modern LCD screen and includes two (2) trip meter modes (TM1 & TM2) which can be reset, like the trip meter in your car.
It is encapsulated in an epoxy case for water resistance, and no power or ground is required (a 10-year battery is sealed inside). They operate with new-generation four- stroke “pen stick” coils, or earlier generation ignitions.
