Hurricane Harvey spares the TTBC ahead of September camp
From the Texas Tornado Boot Camp
Due to calls of concern about the current state of Houston and Colin Edwards’ Texas Tornado Boot Camp, we are pleased to say the TTBC has weathered the storm.
Amidst the devastation of Hurricane Harvey, which caused such destruction to Houston and surrounding areas, the campgrounds in Montgomery, TX, and those who work for the camp have been spared from the flood waters.
“We were very lucky, Harvey spared us,” says camp owner, Colin Edwards. “All is a go at the camp. I’ve been sitting on the dozer all week getting it ready. It’s been a long summer break and I can’t wait to pop wheelies with y’all soon.”
Even though we at the camp we one of the lucky ones, others in Texas were not so fortunate and our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone along the Texas Gulf Coast who have been affected by Hurricane Harvey.
Our scheduled camps remain the same and we look forward to the rest of our 2017 season.
