Los Angeles, CA (July 10, 2017) – Peter Starr, the award-winning motorcycle movie producer of “Take It To The Limit,” will address the issue that one in every six men in the USA over the age of 45 will be struck down by prostate cancer.
Sponsored by BMW Motorcycles and their local motorcycle dealer, Starr will screen the director’s cut of “Take It To The Limit” preceded by his short talk about his prostate cancer experiences “Surviving Prostate Cancer Naturally.”
The Prostate Cancer lecture and movie screening are free and copies of his 2016 PBS DVD documentary “Surviving Prostate Cancer without Surgery, Drugs or Radiation” will be available for purchase along with DVDs of the movie and copies of his Taking It To The Limit – 20 Years of Making Motorcycle Movies coffee table book.
“Take It To The Limit” now a Classic film which was a sensation in 1980 starring such motorcycle icons as Road Racing World Champion, Kenny Roberts, Motocross World Champion Roger De Costa and AMA Flat Track star, Jay Springsteen in some of the most hair raising and sometimes hilarious race moments ever seen.
Starr who is himself a 13-year Prostate Cancer survivor, lays out the alternatives of to surgery and radiation . In Starr’s opinion, and those of the doctors who consult with his Foundation, a complete nutritional and personal lifestyle change is the only answer and he lays out his healthy living program during his talk.
