Guy Martin Breaks Wall Of Death Record!

Isle of Man TT legend, Guy Martin, has just broken the Wall of Death world record in the U.K.
The 34-year-old hit a speed of 78.15mph around the enormous 382ft circumference wooden wall and pulled a neck crushing 6.69G in the feat. He actually broke the record twice, initially setting the mark at 70.33mph before the final 78mph run.
Martin had spent the last 12 months preparing for his record attempt under the tutelage of Wall of Death legend Ken Fox, who describes the Wall as, “like a Colosseum, where you expect to see lions and tigers.”
The specially-built ring was the largest of its kind ever created, and Martin used a traditional Indian Scout to first hit above 60mph before switching to his own machine (unknown brand) for his record breaking run.
“The first time I went up, I gunned it and greyed out completely,” Martin said. In typical matter-of-fact wording, Martin later allayed any fears of slippery liquid by saying, “I’m alright, I’m alright, no wee, no poo. It could of been a bother but if I were going to wee or poo myself I would catch it on the way around.”
