Next week’s World Mini Grand Prix at Glen Helen Raceway has been canceled.

Ron Henricksen of the National Motosport Association has confirmed that the 44th running of the World Mini Grand Prix has been canceled. The event had been scheduled for April 14-18 at Glen Helen Raceway in San Bernardino, California, but a lack of entries, he says, has forced them to cancel the even. Henricksen says that he plans to bring the World Mini GP back next year, but said it is not yet known if race will return to Glen Helen or move to a new venue.

For those who have already pre-entered, you will soon receive a refund, according to Henricksen.
