MAVtv Coverage of the Sacramento EnduroCross This Saturday

Press Release | July 24, 2014

Full coverage from round three of 2014 EnduroCross Championship

Round three of the 2014 GEICO AMA EnduroCross Championship took place in Sacramento and you can watch a full one hour show on MAVtv this coming Saturday, July 26th at 11:00 AM ET. It will also re-air later on Saturday and again on Monday June 28th. Get more details at http://www.mavtv.com/shows/endurocross.html

The MAVtv crew does a great job capturing all of the action of EnduroCross with expert commentary by Cameron Steele and Jason Weigandt. Even if you already know the results, it is well worth seeing the action and EnduroCross obstacles. The Sacramento event included an insanely tough pro only section with a massive wood pit and huge log entering a rock garden. The track created exciting racing all night.

The next round of the series will be in Atlanta on Saturday, August 23rd with a first ever visit to the Gwinnett Center. This is the first EnduroCross to visit to the East Coast of the U.S. since 2009 and with the event taking place during the summer break for the GNCC and National Enduro Championships so it is already attracting a lot of top East Coast riders that will make a first attempt at EnduroCross. Kailub Russell, the current GNCC XC1 champion is already confirmed for the event.

Not a pro and think you can tame the EnduroCross obstacles? Then come on out and compete in the Open Amateur, Vet 35+ or TrialsCross classes. EnduroCross veteran Destry Abbott will host a “Rookies” training session on Friday night before the event to provide one hour of track time and tips for riders that have never raced an EnduroCross. Don’t miss it!
