It was announced today by AMA Pro Racing that the AMA Pro Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson Series will once again be a support class for the MotoGP Championship at the the Red Bull Indianapolis GP on August 8-10. The event will mark the fourth-consecutive year that AMA Pro Road Racing has coincided with the full complement of MotoGP classes – MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3 – at the famed Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

The addition of the Indianapolis doubleheader to the 2014 AMA Pro Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson Series schedule makes the event the sixth and seventh of eight races this season.

Last year’s doubleheader at Indy saw Former MotoGP racer Jeremy McWilliams and up-and-coming racer Hafizh Syahrin from Malaysia splitting wins over series regulars, such as defending champion Steve Rapp and current points leader Tyler O’Hara.
