Westpoint, Tennessee (April 5, 2014) – Tomorrow morning, Mike Brown will line up on row 41 to compete in the Rad Dad Enduro, round three of the Kenda AMA National Enduro Series.
The Husqvarna Factory Racing-backed rider and Endurocross star is known for his fondness of riding different types of off-races and on Sunday he will give national enduro a try.
“Yeah, I like racing all kinds of races,” said Brown. “I told Husky I don’t care what kind of race it is, I just need to be racing. I think if you’re at home on the couch then you’re just getting slower. You need to be out on a track riding and pushing yourself.”
Brown is fresh off of a tour of Australia where he riode a few rounds of the Australian Endurocross series in preparation for the U.S. Endurocross series, which gets underway in May.
“I’m looking forward to this year’s Endurocross series and that’s why I went to Australia, to prepare for this year’s series,” said Brown. “In fact, I just built a new endurocross track at my house, and I actually rode it for the first time yesterday.”
For sure, Brown will be a major player, if not the man to beat, in this year’s GEICO Endurocross series. And tomorrow we will see how adapt he is in the tight woods.
