Arai has new graphics for its Vector-2 and RX-Q
The new hot-rod design on the RX-Q Flame helmet comes from the famous helmet-graphics designer Aldo Drudi. Key features of the RX-Q include Arai’s Facial Contour System (FCS) cheekpads that provide stability and comfort for all-day riding, a Dry-Cool liner for moisture-wicking and heat management, and peel-away temple and cheekpad layers for a personalized fit.
The race-inspired style of the Vector-2 Contest features subtle checkered flags on the front and sides, and bold racing stripes from front to back. It comes in silver or red. The Vector has a wide eyeport, updated chin vent design and a fully removable liner.
As with all Arai helmets, each helmet is handcrafted by skilled artisans and then sent through two independent quality-control departments. Arai helmets also feature the foundational R75 shape, providing a rounder, smoother and stronger shell that Arai explains can better divert impact energy by sliding, not catching, on uneven surfaces.
