MEDFORD, OR (October 15) – The final round of the 2013 World Off-Road Championship Series rolled into Primm, Nevada this weekend and RPM/KTM’s Eric Yorba rolled out with the Pro 2 Class title. Yorba put his Motorcycle-Superstore.com helmet on top of the podium for the sixth time this season to clinch the title by a three point margin over Starr Savage. In addition, Yorba also won the 450A Class by winning seven of the nine rounds.

“2013 was an amazing year for me. I was able to bring home two WORCS championships in the 450A and Pro 2 classes,” explained Yorba, who credited his FMF/RPM/Bonanza Plumbing KTM for running perfectly all season.

“This weekend was an interesting one for sure. I had already wrapped up the 450A title at the last round so I knew I had to take it easy in that race and focus mainly on my Pro 2 race as I was tied in points with Starr Savage in that class. It all worked out as planned; I was able to push hard early in the race and build up a comfortable lead and then just play it safe. I could not be happier coming away with two championships this year.”

Ty  Tremaine also had a successful year in WORCS, racing both the 450A and Pro 2 classes. “I’m pretty happy with my results this season; I ended up second in the 450A series and third in the Pro 2. I learned a lot this year and can’t wait for 2014.”
