Press Release | October 18, 2013

The following is from Motorcycle Superstore…

MEDFORD, OR (October 14) – Cody Webb is no stranger on the EnduroCrosss podium as he has placed his factory Beta motorcycle into the second and third position numerous times, but on Saturday night, in front of a packed house, the former AMA National Trials Champion scored his first-ever win inside the National Western Complex in Denver, CO.

An impressive win it was as Webb battled the current EnduroCross Champion, Taddy Blazusiak and X-Games Gold medalist Mike Brown, along with a stacked field of top off-road racers in the country like Taylor Robert, Colton Haaker, Kyle Redmond, Justin Soule and Geoff Aaron.

“It was amazing to get my first EnduroCross win in Denver. This was the same arena that got me started when I made my first main event back in ’09,” explained Webb. “I had great feelings with the bike all day and knew I was going to have a good night. Stilwell Performance and I made some changes to my Beta 300RR and got the bike dialed perfectly. I was comfortable all night and and the bike was perfect even at elevation. The cards finally fell in place for me, and it was awesome to get my first win!”

Although Webb missed a couple rounds of the series due to a broken foot, he is still running top five in points with three rounds to go.

The next round of the GEICO EnduroCross series twill be in Everett, Washington on October 26 inside the Comcast Arena. For more event and series information, go online to www.EnduroCross.com.
