The 2013 Kenda/AMA Big Sky Off-road National Championships presented by KLIM is the AMA’s new venue for off-road’s top talent from across the country to meet. AMA #1 plates are up for grabs. The only guaranteed way for a spot on the starting line is via one of the regional qualifiers or by finishing in the top 10 in a major AMA off road racing series. For the inaugural event, there is another way to participate. 150 open spots will go on sale July 15th at 9am MST.

Hotel/ Condo Rentals
The venue is as good as it gets. Leave the toyhauler in the driveway and enjoy one of the resort’s lodging options. Big Sky Resort has special deals during the race weekend on hotels near the racing action, budget condos, and high end/ secluded condos with garages. All resort lodging include pool access. Free racer parking with proof of hotel reservation.

Family Activities
Off-road racing doesn’t fit into everyone’s definition of family friendly. Except at Big Sky. Drive through Yellowstone National Park. Ride the tram on Big Sky’s Lone Peak Expedition. Zip line the Rocky Mountains. Play the Arnold Palmer designed golf course. Take a horseback trail ride. Go shopping in nearby college town Bozeman. Travel to a nearby natural hot spring. The list is endless.
