Cory Graffunder returned to his native Canada where he dominated the Red Bull Rocks & Logs Endurocross at Wild Rose MX Park in Calgary, May 26. The Husqvarna rider pretty much won everything in sight on his TXC310R.

More than 90 riders participated in the head-to-head knockout format race and it was Graffunder standing on top of the podium when all was said and done.

“I won all the heats and the final, which is what I was hoping to do,” he said. “There were some other fast guys here today and it definitely wasn’t going to be a walk in the park. The rain on Friday was worrying, but the sun came out and it really came together. It was all pretty tough but nothing was super gnarly.”

For his effort, Graffunder pocketed the $2500 cash prize.

“I’ve been living in California for a while so it’s good to come back to the homeland and take the victory,” he added.
