All-Star baseball pitcher Randy Johnson was on hand to witness Justin Barcia’s first Supercross victory last Saturday night in Phoenix, Arizona. The 6’10” Johnson, also known as “The Big Unit,”  pitched for the Arizona Diamondbacks from 1999-2004 and again from 2007 to 2008.

For much of his career, Johnson wore the number “51,” the same number that Barcia currently wears. At the Phoenix Supercross, Johnson presented Barcia with a number-51 Randy Johnson jersey that he wore during opening ceremonies. Barcia returned the favor by giving Johnson a number-51 jersey with his name on it.

Johnson, an avid photographer, also got on the floor to shoot some photos.
