The L&Mc Honda team is back in business for this weekend’s New Orleans Supercross with Andrew Short slated to return to action for the Larry Brooks and Jeremy McGrath-owned team.

The team, which no longer runs with sponsorship from supercross.com, will work out of the Team Honda transporter for the New Orleans round.

“Honda has been a great supporter of our team and it is great knowing they are behind us,” said team manager/owner Larry Brooks in a team release. “Andrew [Short] has been on the injured-reserve list, but we are happy to report he is back on the bike and ready to race again. While we work through some sponsor difficulties and team restructuring, Andrew will be back in action on his Honda and chasing podiums. We greatly appreciate Honda’s support and allowing us to be in their truck for New Orleans.”

American Honda’s racing director Ray Conway is happy to have the team back at the track.

“American Honda has a great relationship with L&Mc Racing,” Conway said. “We are happy to help L&Mc racing get Andrew back on the track this weekend.”
