Hayden To Test At Mugello

Marlboro Ducati’s Nicky Hayden will join Ducati MotoGP tester Franco Battaini for two days of the team’s three-day test at the Mugello Circuit in Italy on Wednesday and Thursday of this week. Hayden is hoping to make up for the time he lost in the winter testing season because of injury.
This will give the American the opportunity to carry out setup tests that he wasn’t able to complete prior to the start of the 2012 season. He’ll join official test rider Battaini, who is already on track today, as he continues his development work on the GP12. As usual, Valentino Rossi and Hayden will try these updates during future tests.
