Lake Elsinore MX Set For Grand Opening

Motocross is set to return to Lake Elsinore, California. The Lake Elsinore Motorsports Park is holding its grand opening on December 3 and 4. The two-day celebration will feature demo rides of the new pro track by pro riders, a skydiving exhibition, a live simulcast with local radio station KCAL 96.7, a freestyle show, and a vendor’s row with the latest gear and accessories on Saturday, and a full day of open riding on Sunday. RV camping space will be available starting at 3PM on Friday, December 2, for $25 for the entire weekend. Entry fees will be $25 per ride and $10 for non-riders.

“When Elsinore MX closed down last year, it left a pretty big hole in the local MX community,” said Lake Elsinore Motorsports Park General Manger Chad Azevedo. “We’re excited to be able to bring motocross back to Elsinore, and we’re working on a few things that we hope will turn the new Lake Elsinore Motorsports Park into a destination track for any MX enthusiast.”

The facility will feature four different MX/ATV track designed by professional track designer Marc Peters for riders rangine from beginner to pro.
