The Sacramento Mile is back in a big way with a huge crowd showing up to watch the first AMA Grand National Championship round at the Cal Expo Fairgrounds since 1999. And they were treated to a thrilling 25-lap National with the race coming down to a battle off turn four to the finish line with Bryan Smith coming out on top on his Fasthog.com/American Harley-Davidson.
The night was filled with typical mile action and the 25-lap National was no different. The race came down to a final race off turn four and it was Smith on point as the checkers flew as he held off Chris Carr at the finish line.
