FMF/KTM’s Kurt Caselli took the overall win at the World Off-Road Championship Series round in Milford, California, June 11-12. Caselli went 1-2 at the Honey Lake MX Park facility to record his third win of the year.

“It’s another good day for KTM,” said Caselli on top of the podium for the overall. “This is a real off-road race and I want to commend Mike [Brown], Justin [Soule], and Taylor [Robert] for riding so well today.”

Second overall on the weekend went to Caselli’s teammate Mike Brown, who got off to a rough start. Brown crashed five times during Saturday’s first race, but he came back and won Sunday’s second race. He and Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Justin Soule, who went 3-3, tied on points, but Brown emerged as the official runner-up via his better finish in the tie-breaking second race.

Competing the top 10 overall were Bobby Garrison (Kawasaki), Taylor Robert (Kawasaki), Robby Bell (Honda), Ryan Abbatoye (KTM), Ty Hames (Honda), Bobby Bonds (Husqvarna) and Destry Abbott (Kawasaki) in that order.

Zip-Ty Husqvarna’s Cory Graffunder finished 18 seconds ahead of KTM rider Ross Neely to win the Pro2 class. KTM rider Ivan Ramirez finished third.

Kawasaki pilot Eric Yorba won the Pro 2 Lights class.
