Samsung Crescent Suzuki’s John Hopkins just won the second of two British Superbike Series races at Oulton Park today, the Californian becoming the first American to win in the series. Hopkins, who finished second in the first race held earlier today, won the second race by just .221 of a second over Kawasaki-mounted Stuart Easton. Former British Superbike Champion Shane Byrne was third on the HM Plant Honda.Fourth place went to race-one winner Ryuichi Kiyonari on the second HM Plant Honda.
