Victory Motorcycles is set to release its latest machine, the Victory High-Ball – a custom cruiser with high-rise handlebars, spoked wheels and whitewall tires, and is powered by its victory Freedom 106 (1731cc)/6 Stage 2 V-Twin motor.
One of the more interesting features of the High-Ball is its high-rise handlebars, but if that’s not your style or in your comfort zone, the bars can be easily repositioned, either in the standard upright position or in a more laid back position. And the good new is that you don’t have to buy new cables, you just need a few tools to make a few adjustments.
The High-Ball rolls on 16-inch wheels fitted with 130mm and 150mm Dunlop Cruismax tires; spokes are stainless steel and laced to gloss black-painted rims and hubs. In fact, this back is dripping in black, including the handlebars, headlight bucket, triple trees, frame, fender struts, cylinder head covers. Much of the black is a matte finish. However, the bike isn’t all black, as you can see by the white cove on each side of the fuel tank.
The bodywork features the Victory Vegas signature raised spine running the length of the bike atop the fenders and the tank.
The fuel-injected SOHC, 8-valve, Freedom 106/6 V-Twin motor is counter-balanced and said to deliver 97 horsepower and 113 ft-lb of torque.
It also features an all-black 2-into-1 exhaust system, a six-speed transmission, conventional telescopic forks, and a single-shock, linked rear-suspension system. Front wheel travel is 5.1 inches and rear travel is 3.0 inches.
Seat height is an extremely low 25 inches, and has a stretched out 64.8-inch wheelbase (92.5 inches in total length). Claimed dry weight is 659 pounds.
Accessories will be available for the High-Ball. According to Victory, most Pure Victory Gear accessories designed for the Victory Vegas, including passenger seats and passenger floorboards or pegs, will bolt right onto the High-Ball.
The High-Ball is a 49-state bike and will have a $13,499 MSRP.
