Roberson Motorsports, formally known as CnR Motorsports, is proud to announce the signing of AMA Pro rider Jake Holden.”We wanted Jake to ride for us last season but unfortunately things didn’t work out the way we had planned,” stated Team Manager Breeann Poland. “When we got word Jake didn’t have a deal for 2011 we made sure to act fast this time.””I’m really excited to join Robbie Roberson’s team and work with my old Crew Chief, James Compton, as well as two of my past mechanics. I am more than ready to get up front on the Ducati 848! I’ve been training pretty hard over the winter. I want to be up front right from the start,” said Holden.”After working with Holden on the Jordan Suzuki and Corona Honda teams from 2006 through 2008 I feel like Jake and I have some unfinished business,” said Technical Director James Compton. “We came very close to winning a championship in 2008 in the Super Stock class but in the end it just wasn’t meant to be. I’m very excited about the opportunity to work with Jake again and to have another shot at the title in the Daytona SportBike class. I feel as a team we have the rider, bike, and infrastructure to support a championship level effort. I’m certain that if we can stay composed and concentrate on good consistent results we will be in the hunt for the championship in 2011.”In other exciting team news, Roberson Motorsports has renewed their agreement with 2010 sponsor,DNA Energy Drink.
