Action Continues At Mini-O’s

Friday saw the last of the first round of motocross motos finish up, in addition to most of the consolation races in the classes that had multiple divisions at the Mini-Os in Gainesville, Florida. The Justin Bogle/Kyle Peters showdown raged on with Peters winning the Open A Mod race ahead of Bogle, while Bogle won the 250 A Mod division at Peters’ expense.Argentina’s Claudio Leocata topped the 250 B Mod race and is looking for more. The unknown from Argentina won a SX title earlier in the week and he’s won three motos so far in the MX divisions where he’s entered in five classes.Red Bull-backed Suzuki rider Dakota Alix took the win in Supermini 2 division 2 and will face off against Cooper Webb and his CRF150 in the final moto on Saturday.In Supermini 1, Kawasaki’s Chase Bell beat Honda riders Cooper Webb and Daniel Baker to take the title.Saturday is the last day of competition at the Mini-Os and the final motos will take place, crowning champions in over 70 divisions. It’s also the day that the prestigious industry awards are handed out.
