She couldn’t stop the action in the Michelin National Sprints combined with the Pirelli Sportsman Series for this round. The two premier classes saw some of the hottest contests for the top honors. Ben Solis on his Graves Yamaha600 fought a hard battle with a five rider pack for all 12 laps to come out on top, Abraham Stacey on his Suzuki 600 took second and Payton Sassaman on his Yamaha 600 took third, rounding out the top five were Garrett Gerloff on his Suzuki 600 and then Jimmy Merck on his Suzuki 600. The new WERA Superbike Class which has American Honda support both in contingency and in a lucrative Championship bonus saw the two CBR1000s of Tim Bemisderfer and Brian Stokes challenge the big Suzuki of Tim Hunt. Hunt was able to hold off Stokes who clinched 2nd and Bemisderfer took the final podium spot. Scott Carpenter and Chad Dupree on their Suzuki 1000s round out the top five.
