Pridmore Third In Doha Qualifying

Jason Pridmore led his team to third in the Superpole session today for this weekend’s 8 Hours of Doha, the final round in the World Endurance Championship, at the Losail Circuit.Riding the BK Maco Moto Yamaha R1, Pridmore lapped at 2:02.762 to slot the team in behind Phase One Endurance and Michelin Power Research. Phase One’s James Ellison led the Yamaha team to its first pole of the year with his 2:01.002 Superpole lap. Hugo Marchand led the Michelin Power Research Honda-mounted team with his 2:01.046.Pridmore’s team will start third on the front row and he’ll be joined in the race by teammates Daniel Ribalta and Victor Carrasco as they try to win their first race of the year.
