Edwards Back To Yamaha For 2010

The Monster Tech 3 Yamaha team confirmed today that Colin Edwards will remain with the squad for the 2010 – giving the satellite Yamaha team an all-Texas pairing of Edwards and Ben Spies.Edwards has agreed to a new one-year contract with four races remaining in what has been his most successful MotoGP season to date. The Texan is currently sixth in the MotoGP World Championship with a best result of second in the British Grand Prix at Donington Park.”I am delighted that Colin will remain with the Monster Yamaha Tech 3 Team in 2010, team owner Herve Poncharal said. “He has proved once again in 2009 that he remains one of the world’s best riders and he is a tremendous asset for Tech 3, Yamaha and Monster.
