Hayes, Pridmore Seventh

The Yamaha BK Maco Racing Team features two American riders for this weekend’s Bol d’Or round of the World Endurance Championship at Magny-Cours in France, with Josh Hayes joining Jason Pridmore on the Yamaha BK Maco Moto Racing Team in the place of Victor Carrasco, who suffered a broken wrist at Suzuka.Pridmore led the team to the seventh fastest time in today’s qualifying session on the Yamaha R1. Pridmore and Hayes are teaming up with Maco regular Dani Ribalta.Today’s session was led again by the Honda Michelin Power Research Team with Mattieu Lagrive putting in the fastest lap for his team. Lagrive lapped at 1:40.405.Yamaha Austria Racing Team was second today with Igor Jerman and Steve Martin both improving from yesterday’s session. Yamaha France GMT 94 completed the top-three with Sébastien Gimbert, David Checa and Erwan Nigon slightly ahead of the Suzuki Endurance Racing Team.
