Davalos Wins B-Final At MXoN

Ecuador’s Martin Davalos won the B-Final moto that pitted all of yesterday’s non-qualifying teams for the Motocross des Nations. Davalos, riding a KTM, pretty much led the entire 30-minute plus two-lap moto, taking the checkered flag well ahead of Brazil’s Antonio Balbi Jr. and DaSilva Nunes.

The second- and third-place finishes by Balbi and Nunes, however, had the Brazilian camp quite excited, as they placed number-one in the team division, which qualifies the Brazilian riders into the 20th and final spot for the Motocross of Nations to be held in a few hours.
