Lange Takes Two At BooKoo Arenacross
Press Release | November 20, 2006
Babbitt’s Kawasaki Darcy Lange was the big winner at Round three of the K&N Presents BooKoo Arenacross Championship Series brought to you by Honda.
GPS Racing’s Brad Ripple stood atop the box in the 250 class Friday night with Lange and MDK’s Tiger Lacy rounding out the top three positions.
Lange kept his momentum going as he came right back in the 450 class for the win with Lacy second and Fun Center Suzuki Josh Woods third.
Lange wasted no time Saturday night getting into his rhythm as he put on a show for the near capacity crowd by securing another 250 win this time followed by Ripple and Fun Center Suzuki’s Michael Blose.
The final showdown of the night in the 450 class saw MDK Honda wonder boy Tyler Bowers get his first win of the series. It looked to be a Bowers/Lange duel, but Lange stopped to take a soil sample, handing second to Ripple with Lacy third.
