Starting with the Joliet, Illinois, round of the AMA Ford Quality Checked Flat Track Series on May 21, Saddlemen/Lancaster Harley-Davidson’s Jared Mees will be using all Elf fuels and lubricants in his Johnny Goad-prepared racing bikes, according to a press release issued through the team.
“Elf Moto has been winning National and World Championships for over 35 years, and they’re betting on Jared to bring market attention to their products and brand within the flat track market,” said Elf representative Jay Shelton. “Jared clearly has the right attitude and work ethic to reach his goal of top five and better for the 2005 season, and Elf Moto wants to be there when he does.”
