The following is from a press release:

The Dairyland Classic Presented by Revolution Performance returns to the 1/3-mile oval at the Sheboygan County Fair Park on Friday, June 4 to celebrate 20 years of motorcycle flat track competition at the facility.

After five years on the AMA GNC, AMA Hot Shoe, and Formula USA National series, the event returns to its traditional AMA semi-pro sanction the night before the first leg of the U.S. Suzuki Superbike Doubleheader at nearby Road America.

Racing will feature the 505cc Pros, featuring Daytona GNC ST winner J.R. Schnabel and 2000 GNC champ Joe Kopp, plus support classes for Vintage, Quad, 250cc Amateur, and 65cc Youth. Pro riders will have other opportunities to cash in as Revolution Performance will give $125 to the fastest pro qualifier and $125 to the holeshot in the main event. Additionally, several pro riders will be selected for the Jim Sumner Memorial Dash For Cash, which currently boasts a $550 winner-take-all prize, all of which has been donated by friends of the late GNC competitor. The Dash features an inverted start reminiscent of the 1970s where the fastest riders line up at the rear and the slowest at the front.
