National Hare Scrambles Wraps Up in Indiana

The final round of the AMA National Championship Hare Scrambles Series was held in Lynnville, Indiana, yesterday, and Yamaha’s Jason Raines came away with the win and the series title. Honda rider Doug Blackwell took second in the race, followed by Yamaha’s Barry Hawk Jr., Honda’s Scott Summers and Yamaha-mounted Nathan Kanney.

Raines finished out the nine-round series with 165 points and two wins. Second in the series went to last year’s champ Fred Andrews with 139 points and one win. KTM’s Brian Garrahan finished out the year in third, followed by Hawk and Kawasaki’s Chuck Woodford.
