Blackfoot Honda’s Damon Huffman, who spent the summer in Canada competing in the Canadian National MX Series where he finished second, traveled to Portugal the past weekend and won the Lisbon Supercross. Huffman came back from a sixth-place start to take the win in the 250cc main over French Yamaha rider Serge Guidetty and Honda-mounted Marc Ristori.

Huffman wasn’t the only rider American there, Suzuki riders David Pingree and Steve Lamson also made the trip. Pingree ended up fifth and Lamson 10th.

On the same weekend in England at the Sheffield Supercross, Jeremy McGrath rode off with the win, followed by Kim Ashkenazi.
