Lafferty Wraps It Up In Texas

Mike Lafferty won the final round of the FMF National Enduro Series in New Waverly, Texas, yesterday. It was the sixth win of the season for the KTM rider who had already clinched the ’03 title at the previous round.

Finishing in second place was Yamaha rider David Lykke, followed by Yamaha’s Randy Hawkins, Honda rider Mark Thompson and KTM pilot Leonard Keen.

This year’s series wraps up with Lafferty earning 262 for the championship, while Hawkins ended up second with 205 points. Lykke ended up third with 191 points, Robbie Jenks fourth with 144 points, and Stephen Reed fifth with 105 points and one win.
