Barry Hawk Jr. returned to his winnings ways at the combined AMA Grand National Cross Country/National Hare Scrambles Series round at Loretta Lynn’s in Hurricane Mills, Tennessee, yesterday. The race boiled down to a last lap shootout between Hawk (6) and Mike Lafferty (7), and it was Hawk, on the Am-Pro Yamaha, coming out on top by the narrowest of margin.

Third place went to FMF/Suzuki’s Mike Kiedrowski, while Yamaha’s Jason Raines and Kawasaki Team Green’s Fred Andrews, the defending Hare Scrambles Champion, rounded out the top five overall.
