Vuillemin Steps Up

Yamaha’s David Vuillemin has clocked the quickest time in Friday practice for the second round of the World Supercross GP, slated for the Gelredome Stadium in Arnhem, Holland.

The Yamaha rider had finished second behind Australian Chad Reed in the first practice, yet finished with a time of 55.069 for the quickest time of the day in the last practice session. Second for the day went to Grant Langston with a time of 55.193; Mike LaRocco was third with a time of 55.242, followed by Reed with a 55.279, Jeremy McGrath’s 56.507, Sebastien Tortelli’s 56.125, Joaquim Rodrigues’ 57.162, Keith Johnson’s 57.385, Ryan Clark’s 75.553, and Heath Voss’ 57.773.

Yamaha factory rider Timmy Ferry missed the day after crashing in the Thursday practice. However, he will race the Saturday show.
