Heavy rain showers on Saturday afternoon, May 26, killed any chance of the AMA/Progressive Insurance Flat Track Series Springfield TT being run as scheduled. The race has been postponed until Monday afternoon, May 28. Opening ceremonies are scheduled for Monday at 1:30 p.m. The Springfield Mile is still set to run in its original slot on Sunday afternoon, May 27.
