AMA Pro Racing Under Fire Again

The AMA and AMA Pro Racing have been named in a lawsuit, along with other entities, filed by the family of the late dirt track racer Toby Jorgensen in Dallas County, Texas. The Jorgensen family and the motorcycling community suffered a great loss as a result of Toby’s tragic death as the result of injuries suffered in a crash at the Dallas Mile in 1999.
At the advice of legal counsel, the AMA and AMA Pro Racing cannot provide any further comment on the matter. Cycle News will have more information as this story develops.
