It turns out that we won't be seeing Josh Grant back on the track anytime soon. The Team Honda rider ended up going under the knife to fix the knee he injured at the Phoenix Supercross in mid-January. Grant damaged the Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) in the knee.

"The team fully supports Josh's decision to undergo surgery to repair his ACL," said American Honda Racing Team Manager, Erik Kehoe. "Instead of trying to struggle along and continue racing at less than 100 percent capacity, he's made a smart decision to have the corrective surgery done now so he can make a full return to racing later this year."

Grant is expected to make his return sometime early summer.
